Welcome To The Cat Lounge
The Cat Lounge is where our foster cats live comfortably while waiting adoption. Guests who want to support our foster mission and spend time with cats can book a 1 hour lounge session online in advance or purchase a walk-in pass, depending on availability.
Cat Lounge Rules
To help keep our Cat Lounge a calm, safe, and enjoyable space for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
• Do not grab, chase, or be rough with the cats.
• Do not feed the cats, except with approved Cat Bribes provided by staff.
• Do not bring outside food or drinks into the Cat Lounge to protect the cats’ health.
• Ensure one door of the airlock is fully closed at all times.
• Ensure cats do not enter the guest bathroom or airlock.
• Do not enter the kennel area or the rear exit airlock.
• Please do not bring chewing gum into the lounge. Xylitol is extremely toxic to cats.
• Please respect other guests by using an indoor voice. Yelling, shouting, or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
Fluffy Tail Cafe reserves the right to remove any guest who does not follow these rules. Visits ended due to rule violations are not eligible for a refund.

Child & Teen Policy – Cat Lounge
For the safety and comfort of both our cats and guests, we’ve established the following age-based guidelines:
Children 9 and under
• Must be actively supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times while inside the Cat Lounge.
• Active supervision means staying nearby and guiding respectful interactions with the cats.
Children 10–14
• For groups that include children 14 and under, at least one responsible adult is required to remain in the Cat Lounge and actively supervise the entire group throughout the visit.
Teens 15–17
• May enter the Cat Lounge without a supervising adult.
• A waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian is required prior to entry.
All guests are expected to follow Cat Lounge rules and treat our cats gently and respectfully.
Fluffy Tail Cafe reserves the right to pause or end a visit if supervision or behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive. Visits ended for policy or rule violations are not eligible for a refund.
